Call for pricing as all packages are custom prepared to your wants and needs. All service packages are custom made and will be billed when the order is placed. Cancellation fees will apply, no refunds if canceled within 72 hours of check in.
Custom Floral Designs for your special occasion. You pick the color or type of flowers (subject to availability) you want and our floral designer with make you a beautiful bouquet with a take home vase. This is a wonderful way to commemorate your trip and take home a tangible memory of your visit to our Fredericksburg bed and breakfast.
Hand Crafted Chocolates — Dark sweet luxury at your finger tips. ½, one or 2 dozen boxes with a themed gift wrapped presentation for your special occasion. Sure to sweeten your day – a wonderful way to feel just that much more pampered.
Custom Hand-made Cakes, Tortes or Pies — Made by hand each one baked by us from scratch and they taste lovely (our Chefs specialty is a Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Tort). With the gourmet class kitchen you will be enjoying at Bella Vista Cottage you will probably enjoy whipping up the perfect meal as an end to your Texas Hill Country day. Local Dinner Reservations, Theater and Event Tickets, Tee Times — Let us know what you are interested in and we will take the hassle out of your vacation. Tickets will be waiting for you either at the cottage or “will call” at the box offices. The areas around Fredericksburg TX have much to offer in a wide variety of venues.
Grocery Shopping — In a hurry and don’t have time to shop? We will stock Bella Vista Cottage with your favorite items. Just let us know your favorite food bits and pieces and we will have the cottage stocked upon your arrival. It’s a great way to enjoy the use of your gourmet kitchen. Just ask and we can provide the best in fresh local products.
Private Chef In–Cottage Prepared 3, 4 or 5 Course Dinner — A wonderful dinner for 2 or 4 persons w/ wine pairings and a custom souvenir menu printed on parchment to remember your dinning experience. You chose the style, flavor or meat item and we will make a super extraordinary custom dinner served by candle light for that special occasion. Why not ask to be treated to delicious local Hill Country specialties – paired with the very wines you’ll see growing during your stay at our bed and breakfast? Custom Mapped Scenic Drives for the Sports Car or Motorcycle Enthusiast — Let us know how long you want your drive to last and we will map out some of the most exciting and scenic roads throughout the Texas Hill Country. Included will be locations for fuel, rest stops and meal locations.
Picnic Baskets — A lunch picnic prepared especially for you by the Bella Vista Cottage Chef. A perfect compliment to that scenic drive, hike or wine tasting – and of course prepared to suite your own tastes and dietary needs.
Wine and Cheese Packages — A bottle of wine or Champagne accompanied by a cheese, olive, and fruit board. The perfect way to refresh, relax and snack while checking out the wonderful views offered by the cottage in the afternoon or in the evening before going out to dinner.
